What Distraction Meter is, and isn't.

A tool for looking at your own habits. Please read it as that.

Not advice, not a diagnosis

Distraction Meter is a structured self-check about everyday distraction. It is not medical, psychological or professional advice, and it does not diagnose anything, including ADHD, depression, anxiety or sleep problems. It has not been validated as a psychological test. The score describes your own answers; it does not compare you with other people.

If you are worried about your concentration, your mood or your health, talk to a doctor or another qualified professional. If you are in crisis, see when it's more than distraction for emergency numbers and helplines.

Your decisions are yours

The free result and the PRO plan contain general suggestions based on your answers and on published research. They can't take your whole situation into account. You decide what to try, and whether it suits you. Stop anything that makes you feel worse.

Accuracy

We take care that the content is accurate and up to date, and we show our sources and methods (methodology, sources). Research changes, and mistakes happen. We give no guarantee that the content is complete, correct or current, or that it will lead to any particular result.

The PRO plan and KeyTill

The PRO plan opens with a licence key sold on keytill.com by a separate company. The purchase, its terms, refunds and the licence are governed by the terms shown on keytill.com before you pay. Lebwerte does not sell anything on this site.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as research publishers, helplines and KeyTill. We don't control their content and are not responsible for it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lebwerte is not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of this website or from relying on its content. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
